摘要
采用冷制法将氢氧化钠溶液与橄榄油和椰子油混合,同时将八宝景天和白鲜皮粉末加入,制备出一种天然中草药复配手工皂。再通过正交试验,测试手工皂其抑菌率、硬度、起泡性和稳定性,并建立了综合评价体系。结果表明:八宝景天和白鲜皮煎煮得到的复配液对大肠杆菌的抑制作用最强,而白鲜皮对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果最佳,得到中草药复配手工皂的最优方案为橄榄油50 g,椰子油30 g,氢氧化钠36 mL和复配物粉末6 g。
The sodium hydroxide solution was mixed with olive oil and coconut oil by cold method, the natural Chinese herbal medicine compound soap was prepared by adding the Sedum spectabile Boreau and the Densefruit Pittany Root-bark powder, and the method was characterized. Through orthogonal test, the antibacterial rate, hardness, foaming and stability were tested. The results showed that there was strongest inhibitory effect of compound by the Sedum spectabile Boreau and the Densefruit Pittany Root-bark on Escherichia coli, and the inhibitory effect of fresh white skin of the Staphylococcus aureus was best, the best solution of Chinese herbal medicine compound, soap for 50 g olive oil, 30 g coconut oil, 36 mL sodium hydroxide, and 6 g compound powder, was got.
