摘要
为实现双低菜籽脱皮后的冷态压榨,研制了一种双螺杆榨油机,采用啮合式和非啮合式相组合的原理,在榨膛内实行多级压缩和松弛及薄料层压榨,其理论压缩比达23.0,榨膛长径比达11.5,压榨时间达180 s,并具有强大的物料自清功能,解决了脱皮菜籽仁在榨膛内输送困难的问题。双螺杆榨油机成功投入了生产应用,结果表明,脱皮菜籽冷榨饼残油率(干基)在15%左右,冷榨油接近菜籽三级压榨油国家标准,冷榨出饼温度低于70℃,满足冷榨工艺要求。双螺杆榨油机实现了脱皮菜籽的冷态压榨,可显著改善产品质量,降低加工能耗,提高了双低菜籽加工的经济效益。
In order to solve the technical problems of cold pressing of de-hulled double-low rapeseed, a new twinscrew press with a principle of combination of joggling and non-joggling was designed and manufactured, the pressing chamber of which had characteristics of multiple-stage compression and relaxation and a thin layer of materials when pressing. Theoretical compressing ratio of the twin-screw press is 23.0, and ratio of length and diameter of pressing chamber is 11.5, and pressing time is 180 seconds. In the twin-screwy press materials could be cleaned up intensely so that the problem of de-hulled rapeseed feeding was solved. The twin-screw press was applied to cold pressing of de-hulled rapeseed successfully. The oil content of cold pressing cake is reduced to about 15%. Cold pressing oil approaches the Standard of National Ⅱ Rapeseed pressing Oil. Cold pressing cake temperature is lower than 70℃ which assures good quality of cold pressing oil and cake. Twin-screw press is fit for the cold pressing of de-hulled rapeseed with obvious improvement of quality of rapeseed oil and reduction of energy consumption, which can increase processing value of double-low rapeseed.
