在预处理工序加入膨化机 ,对原 12 0 0t/d工艺和设备进行相应的调整 ,有效地提高产量5 3% ,降低毛油中非水化磷脂含量 ,毛油精炼率提高 0 5 % ,粕中尿素酶稳定 ,改善了豆粕质量 ,减少蒸汽用量 11% ,动力消耗下降 12 %。
An expanders are placed in the preparation section,original 1 200 t/d processing and equipment should be adjusted relatively.The capacity will be enlarged to 53%,the nonhydrated phosphatide in the crude oil have been degraded,the oil yield has been increased 0.5%,the urease activity is stability,the quality of the soy meal is improved.The consumption of the steam and the electric power will be decreased as 11% and 12% respectively.
