摘要
为探求公费师范生的成就动机对其专业承诺的具体影响,利用成就动机量表和大学生专业承诺量表对232名公费师范生进行了调查。研究结果显示,公费师范生整体成就动机水平较低,成就动机存在显著的性别和年级差异;其专业承诺总体处于中上等水平,同样存在性别和年级差异;公费师范生成就动机总水平、追求成功的动机与专业承诺呈现正相关关系;公费师范生追求成功的动机可以正向预测其情感承诺和理想承诺水平。为了提高公费师范生的成就动机水平,增强其专业承诺,需加强价值引领,提升公费师范生的教育使命感;关注公费师范生成就动机和专业承诺的性别差异;注重“首尾”阶段,提供有针对性的专业学习与就业支持;创建激励机制,激发公费师范生追求成功的动机。
In order to explore the specific influence of the achievement motivation of publicly-funded normal students on their professional commitments,232 publicly-funded normal students have been investigated by using the“Achievement Motivation Scale”and the“Professional Commitment Scale for College Students”.The results show that the overall level of the achievement motivation of the publicly-funded normal students is low,and there are significant gender and grade differences in their achievement motivation;that their professional commitment is generally at the upper-middle level,and there are also gender and grade differences;that the overall level of their achievement motivation and their motivation to pursue success are positively correlated with their professional commitment;and that their motivation to pursue success can positively predict their affective commitment and ideal commitment level.In order to improve the level of the achievement motivation of publicly-funded normal students and enhance their professional commitment,it is necessary to strengthen the value guidance and enhance their sense of the educational mission,pay attention to the gender difference in their achievement motivation and professional commitment,focus on the“first and last”stage and provide the targeted professional learning and employment support,and establish an incentive mechanism to stimulate their motivation to pursue success.
