摘要
文章基于2008—2017年我国省际面板数据,在综合测度各省份农业保险发展水平的基础上,运用空间计量方法检验农业保险发展的空间收敛趋势和影响因素。研究发现:我国农业保险发展水平呈波动上升态势,其中中部地区的发展速度最快,西部地区最慢;农业保险发展水平的空间分异特征显著,东部地区农险发展水平最高,中部地区次之,西部地区最低;省域间农险发展存在显著的空间正相关;考察期内全国及东、中、西三大地区均呈现显著的绝对β收敛和条件β收敛,不同地区农业保险发展的驱动因素和收敛情况存在差异。
Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2008 to 2017, this paper comprehensively measures the development level of agricultural insurance in provinces, and then uses spatial econometric method to test the spatial convergence trend and influencing factors of agricultural insurance development. The study finds that the development level of agricultural insurance in China is in a fluctuating upward trend, with the fastest growth in the central region and the slowest in the western region, that the spatial differentiation of the development level of agricultural insurance is significant, with the highest development level in the eastern region, followed by the central region and the western region, that there is a significant spatial positive correlation between the development of agricultural insurance among provinces, and that during the study period, absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence are significant in the whole country, as well as the eastern, central and western regions, with differences in the driving factors and convergence of agricultural insurance development in different regions.
