摘要
文章选取2006—2019年我国31个省份医疗服务业的投入产出数据,以人均GDP、人口城镇化率作为环境变量,利用三阶段DEA模型对我国医疗服务业的全要素生产率进行了优化与评价。研究结果表明:相对于以数量指标为产出核心的传统测算体系,加入医疗质量、病人负担及就医安全的非期望产出后,全要素生产率呈下降趋势;技术进步是影响医疗服务业全要素生产率的关键因素。
This paper selects the input-output data of medical service industry in China’s 31 provinces from 2006 to 2019,and then takes per capita GDP and population urbanization rate as environmental variables.Finally,the paper uses the three-stage DEA model to optimize and evaluate the total factor productivity(TFP)of China’s medical service industries.The research results show that compared with the traditional measurement system with quantitative index as the core of output,the TFP shows a downward trend after undesired outputs of medical quality,patient burden and medical safety are included,and that technological progress is the key factor affecting the TFP of medical service industry.
