摘要
文章基于2010—2019年我国31个省份的面板数据,利用熵值法、核密度函数和Dagum基尼系数分析法,综合测算我国省域及三大地区的数字经济发展差距,并对数字经济发展水平的空间分布格局进行阐述。研究发现:(1)2010—2019年我国数字经济发展呈现较强的时间及空间维度的复杂性。从时间维度来看,样本期内我国数字经济发展迅速,从空间维度来看,我国三大地区数字经济发展空间分布不均衡,存在明显的地区差异性。(2)2010—2019年我国数字经济发展核密度曲线具有右移现象,存在明显的右拖尾,单峰特征突出,无双峰。(3)样本期内,我国31个省份的数字经济发展总体差距呈缩小趋势,基尼系数降低14.2%,趋同效应显著。(4)差距分解显示,地区间差距仍是造成我国数字经济发展不平衡的主导因素,其贡献率约为70%,其中,东-西部差距基尼系数约为0.6,远大于东-中部和中-西部地区差距。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019, this paper uses entropy method, kernel density function and Dagum Gini coefficient to comprehensively measure the development disparity of digital economy in China’s provinces and three regions, and expounds the spatial distribution pattern of the development level of digital economy in detail.The research findings are as follows:(1) From 2010 to 2019, the development of China’s digital economy presents a strong complexity of time and space dimensions;from the perspective of time dimension, the digital economy in China has developed rapidly in the sample period;from the perspective of space dimension, the spatial distribution of digital economy development in three regions of China is unbalanced, and there are obvious regional differences.(2) From 2010 to 2019, the kernel density curve of China’s digital economy development has a phenomenon of moving to the right, with an obvious right tail, prominent characteristics of single peak and no double peak.(3) During the sample period, the overall gap of digital economy development among 31 provinces of China is narrowing, and the Gini coefficient is reduced by 14.2%, showing a significant convergence effect.(4) The gap decomposition shows that the gap between regions is still the leading factor causing the imbalance of digital economy development in China, and its contribution rate is about 70%. The Gini coefficient of the gap between the east and the west is about 0.6, far greater than the gap between the east and the middle and the gap between the middle and the west.
