摘要
“卓越计划”2.0拉开了新一轮法学教育改革的序幕,在社会经济、科技高速发展的当下,法学教育应充分重视内部协调性问题。应结合实际进行法学专业教育改革,加强法学实践教育力度,优化法学实务师资占比,兼顾国内与涉外法律人才培养,完善课程体系,创新培养机制,以优化专业内部的协调性,促进法学教育更好地服务社会。
“Education and Training Plan for Excellence 2.0”is the prelude to a new round of legal education reform.At a time of rapid development of social economy and science and technology,the law education reform should focus on its internal coordination.It is supposed to reform the legal education according to the actual situation,strengthen the legal practice education,optimize the proportion of legal practice teachers,pay attention to the international training of legal talents,improve the curriculum system,and create a new collaborative education training mechanism,so as to promote the legal education to better serve the society.
