摘要
在强调“依法治国”的当今中国,需要大量的法律人才。法律人才要通过法学教育来培养,而法学教育不能仅 停留在理论知识的传授上,更应注重法律思维的培养,以适应社会发展的需求。
In China which is practicing 'governing the country according to law', a large number of law professionals are needed, who need to receive education in law before they become professionals. Law education should not involve mere knowledge transmission, rather, importance should be attached to the cultivation of law awareness to meet the demands of social development.
