摘要
新的历史时期,高校已经完全认识到就业指导教育的作用性。尽管新疆少数民族高校也加强了就业指导教育,但因为有较晚的起步,所以在大学生就业指导教育中,还有一些亟待解决的问题存在。就业指导课程不具备较强的时效性,班主任就业指导的连续性和系统性欠缺,专业的就业指导脱离了实习。由于班主任的素质对学生的素质的产生了直接的影响。所以,在大学生就业指导的教育工作中,必须与新疆实际相结合,充分发挥班主任在大学生就业指导教育中的作用。
In the new historical period,colleges and universities have fully realized the role of employment guidance education.Although Xinjiang minority colleges and universities have also strengthened employment guidance education,due to their late start,there are still some urgent problems in the employment guidance education for college students.Employment guidance courses do not have strong timeliness,the continuity and systemicity of employment guidance for class teachers are lacking,and professional employment guidance is separated from internships.As the quality of the class teacher has a direct impact on the quality of the students,therefore,in the education of employment guidance for college students,it must be combined with the reality of Xinjiang,and gives full play to the role of the head teacher in the employment guidance education for college students.
