摘要
文章通过对国内外大学生科技创新活动的比较,分析发现当下我国大学生科技创新活动存在创新氛围不浓、市场意识淡薄、缺乏有效的物质保障和长效的激励机制等方面问题。借鉴国外大学生科技创新的成功经验,结合我国高校的实际情况,我国高校大学生科技创新活动应着力加强大学生科技创新人才的梯队建设,增强大学生创新意识,有步骤有序地推进校际间的合作交流,建立长期有效的激励机制。
