摘要
在高校《UI设计》专业课程教学过程中,存在理论与实践脱节、教学方法单一、教学效果不理想等问题,为更好地解决教学过程中存在的诸多问题,提高学生UI设计的综合能力,增强学生就业中的岗位适应能力,本文以就业为导向,构建“岗位+项目”一体化教学模式,首先,深入研究教学内涵,从理论教学入手,找到与岗位对接的切入点;其次,以岗位为依托,对岗位需要的素养与职能目标进行研究,理论与实践并重,培养学生的创新思维、商业实践能力以及职业素养;构建一个可行的课程构架,合理、科学、高效的课堂教学,为课程教学改革找出新的途径。
In the teaching process of〈UI Design〉major in colleges and universities,there are some problems,such as the disconnection between theory and practice,single teaching method and unsatisfactory teaching effect.In order to better solve many problems in the teaching process,improve students'comprehensive ability of UI design and enhance students'post adaptability in employment,this paper constructs the"post+project"integrated teaching mode oriented by employment.Firstly,it studies deeply the teaching connotation,Starting with theoretical teaching,find the entry point of docking with the post;Secondly,based on the post,study the literacy and functional objectives required by the post,pay equal attention to theory and practice,and cultivate students'innovative thinking,business practical ability and professional literacy;Build a feasible curriculum framework,reasonable,scientific and efficient classroom teaching,and find a new path for curriculum teaching reform.
