摘要
国际话语权是进入世界舞台中心、抵御西方话语霸权以及实现民族复兴的重要因素和手段。基于“一带一路”视域,通过文献研究法分析国际话语权的理论内涵和特点,并从语言文化、话语体系和传播平台机制三个方面剖析我国国际话语权构建的现状问题。“一带一路”沿线非通用语言国家多,语言文化交流存在障碍;话语体系系统性欠缺,对外话语交流缺乏鲜明性;传播平台单一,传播效果稍显劣势。为完善我国国际话语体系,应注重对语言人才的培养、讲好中国故事、增强话语体系的特色以及充分利用并创新对外传播平台扩大文化传播影响力。
International power of discourse is an important factor and means to enter the center of the world stage,resist western discourse hegemony and achieve national rejuvenation.Against the background of“The Belt and Road”,the theoretical connotation and characteristics of international discourse are analyzed through literature research,and the current situation of international discourse construction in China is analyzed from three aspects:language and culture,discourse system and communication platform mechanism.The study found that there are many countries along the“Belt and Road”with non-common languages,and there are obstacles to language and culture exchange;such a less systematic discourse lacks distinctiveness and the communication platform is single,and the communication effect is unsatisfactory.To solve the problem,the training of language talents,building the characteristics of the discourse system,and effective innovative foreign communication platforms are a must to strengthen the influence of cultural communication and the construction of China's international discourse system.
