摘要
为提高C.I.颜料黄14在水性体系中的应用性能,对反应得到的C.I.颜料黄14在后续的热处理过程中采用丙烯酸树脂包覆,获得的产物用红外光谱和XRD进行了表征。考察了丙烯酸树脂的添加量对产物的着色性能和光泽的影响,并对产物耐乙醇性和分散稳定性进行了测试。结果表明:本文制得的树脂包覆改性C.I.颜料黄14的着色力和光泽均较普通C.I.颜料黄14的高,颜料着色力可达125%,耐乙醇性及分散稳定性显著提高,耐乙醇性可达4.5级,放置24 h后稳定性动力学指数仅为0.76。
In order to improve the application performance of C.I.Pigment Yellow 14 in water-based system,the reacted product was coated with acrylic resin in the subsequent heat treatment process,to prepare an encapsulated C.I.Pigment Yellow 14.The structure of encapsulated products were characterized by IR and XRD.The effects of the addition volumes of acrylic resin on the color strength and gloss of the products were investigated.The ethanol resistance and dispersion stability of encapsulated products were tested.The results showed that the encapsulated products indicated higher color strength and gloss than conventional C.I.Pigment Yellow 14,the color strength of the modified pigments was up to 125%,and the ethanol resistance and dispersion stability were significantly improved,the ethanol tolerance up to grade 4.5,the turbiscan dynamic stability index was only 0.76 after storage for 24 h.
