摘要
为改善颜料红170等有机颜料在水相介质中的分散稳定性,先采用水洗法去除工业级颜料红170晶体分散液中的盐分,再通过细乳液聚合法制备了一种高颜料含量的聚丙烯酸酯包覆改性颜料。采用透射电镜(TEM)对改性前后颜料的形貌结构进行表征;采用激光粒度仪(DLS)和紫外可见分光光度仪(UV-vis)进一步考察了改性颜料的光照、放置和冻融分散稳定性。结果表明:未改性颜料易团聚,水相介质中分散极不稳定;采用少量聚丙烯酸酯包覆改性有机颜料,当改性颜料中颜料的质量分数为77.6%时,其在水中的光照、放置和冻融分散稳定性均得以显著提高。
In order to improve the dispersion stability of organic pigments such as Pigment Red 170 in aqueous media,the water washing method was first used to remove salt in crystal dispersion liquid of industrial-grade Pigment Red 170,and then the polyacrylate coated pigment with high pigment content was prepared herein by mini-emulsion polymerization.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was used to characterize the morphology of the pigment before and after modification.The dynamic light scattering(DLS)and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer(UV-vis)were used to investigate the dispersion stability of the coated pigment under the conditions of light,storage and freeze-thaw.The results show that the non-modified pigment could be agglomerated easily,and was extremely unstable in the aqueous medium.Excitingly,a very small amount of polyacrylate could dramatically improve the dispersion stability of the pigment under the conditions of light,storage and freeze-thaw when the mass fraction of the pigment was 77.6%.
