摘要
在国内国际双循环的背景下,进一步提升成人高等教育的教学质量,增强成人高等教育学生的能力和素养,仍是全社会关注的课题。以Q大学为例,阐述了Q大学成人高等教育的基本情况、实践探索。结合《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》,西部成人高等教育发展在方向性、公益性、公平与质量、终身教育上实现价值旨归是其发展的逻辑要义。基于其逻辑要义,切合于“一带一路”“西部大开发”国家发展战略,着眼于人民对不同层次、水平高等教育的需求,未来西部高等教育需要综合施策,主要从政策驱动、未来导向、制度创新等三个方面推动自身内涵式发展和整体能力的提升,以解决西部高等教育全面振兴发展过程中其自身的积极性、发展的可能性与可行性等问题。
Under the background of domestic and international double cycle,improving the teaching quality of adult higher education,and enhancing the ability and accomplishment of adult higher education students are still a topic of concern to the whole society.Taking Q University as an example,this paper expounds the basic situation and practical exploration of adult higher education in Q University.Combined with the“14th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China”and the“Outline of Long-term Objectives in 2035”,the logical essence of the development of adult higher education in Western China is to realize the value purpose in terms of orientation,public welfare,fairness,quality and lifelong education.Based on the logic essence,suiting the“Belt and Road”and“Western Development”national development strategy,and focusing on people’s demand for different level of education,comprehensive measures should be taken in higher education in the western region in the future,mainly from three aspects:policy-driving,future orientation and institutional innovation to promote its own connotation development and the improvement of the overall ability,to solve the problems in western higher education in the process of all-round revitalization and development,such as,its own enthusiasm,the possibility and feasibility of development.
