摘要
改革开放40年来,我国终身教育在政策、理论以及实践等方面取得巨大进步,践行了联合国教科文组织关于终身教育、终身学习应该旨在保障公民学习权以及提高公民素养,实现人性健全、人格完善的价值取向与目标基础,并体现出中国特色化的发展特征。通过对我国终身教育的发展历程进行回顾与展望,从政策、理论与实践三个层面对我国终身教育发展的阶段特征进行梳理与归纳。在此基础上,将终身教育发展的中国经验总结为四个方面:一是政府作为终身教育的推进主体,担负起了正确导向、积极引领、大力推进以及有作为、有担当的责任;二是民众的热烈响应与强烈期待,在进一步追求精神教养的提升与生活品质精深的过程中确立起了终身教育的实践地位;三是时代的发展确定了终身教育发展的价值基础;四是学术界的积极呼应与研究跟进,推动了政策化的进程和实践的科学发展。
During the40years of reform and opening-up,China's lifelong education has made great progress in policy,theory and practice.It has been dedicated to realizing the goal advocated by UNESCO that lifelong education and lifelong learning should aim to protect citizens'learning rights,enhance citizenship and achieve human perfection,and has also reflected Chinese characteristics.Based on the review of the developmental trajectory of lifelong education in China,this paper divides China's lifelong education development into several stages and analyzes the characteristics of each stage from the perspectives of policy,theory and practice.Also,it summarizes Chinese experience in lifelong education development into four aspects.Firstly,the government,as the main body of lifelong education,has taken the responsibility of correct orientation,active leadership and vigorous promotion.Secondly,people's enthusiasm and strong expectations for the pursuit of spiritual education and quality of life has established the practical status for lifelong education.Thirdly,the development of the era has established the value basis for the development of lifelong education.Fourthly,the positive response and research of the academic community have promoted the policy-oriented process and the scientific development of practice.
