摘要
统观我国成人教育发展历史,依据成人教育自身的功能属性,深入剖析我国成人教育“起步徘徊和遭受破坏、恢复发展开放搞活与原初使命消解纠缠、新时代成人教育原初使命理性回归”三个发展时期的实践原貌,揭示出我国成人教育服务于社会主义革命和建设事业的特有属性和根本特点,指出非学历教育和学历教育是我国成人教育的“孪生”原初使命。在我国成人教育发展过程中对其原初使命的坚守和消解,都与我国政治经济社会发展息息相关。成人教育自身发展的内在规律和我国经济发展的新常态、新特点、新任务,决定了新时代我国成人教育势必回归其原初使命。
Taking a general view of the development history of adult education in our country,and based on the functional attributes of adult education itself,we will deeply analyze the three developments of adult education in our country:“starting wandering and being destroyed,revitalizing development and opening up is intertwined with dissolving the original mission,and returning to the original mission of adult education in the new era.”The original state of practice during the period revealed the unique attributes and fundamental characteristics of China’s adult education serving the socialist revolution and construction,and pointed out that non-academic education and academic education are the“twin”original missions of adult education in China.The persistence and resolution of its original mission in the development of adult education in our country are closely related to the development of our country’s political,economic and social development.The inherent law of adult education’s own development and the new normal,new characteristics and new tasks of our country’s economic development determine that our country’s adult education is bound to return to its original mission in the new era.
