HPV感染与CIN及宫颈组织PAK1、Spred1表达关系的病理研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)相关性,并探讨宫颈组织P21活化激酶(PAK1)、Spred1的病理特征及表达关系。方法观察正常宫颈组织、CIN组织PAK1、Spred1的表达水平及病理特征,对高危型HPV感染与CIN相关性进行分析。结果正常宫颈组织、CINⅠ期、CINⅡ期、Ⅲ期PAK1蛋白阳性表达率逐渐升高,Spred1蛋白阳性表达率逐渐降低。CIN组织的PAK1表达水平与其病理分级、淋巴转移有关,Spred1的表达水平与病理分级有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危型HPV感染与PAK1、Spred1表达水平均有相关性,且PAK1与Spred1表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论CIN组织PAK1与Spred1表达呈负相关,高危型HPV感染和PAK1表达是CIN发生、发展的重要因素。 Objective To analyze the relationship between high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),and investigate the relationship between the pathological features and expression of cervical tissue P21 activates the kinase(PAK1)and Spred1.Methods Observed the expression levels and pathological characteristics of PAK1 and Spred1 in normal cervical tissues and CIN cervical tissues,and analyzed the correlation between high-risk HPV infection and CIN.Results The positive expression rate of PAK1 protein in normal cervical tissue,CIN stageⅠ,ⅡandⅢgradually increased,while the positive expression rate of Spred1 protein gradually decreased.The expression level of PAK1 in CIN was related to its pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis,while the expression level of Spred1 was related to pathological grade(P<0.05).High-risk HPV infection was correlated with the expression levels of PAK1 and Spred1,and the expression of PAK1 and Spred1 was negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PAK1 and Spred1 in CIN tissue is negatively correlated.High-risk HPV infection and PAK1 expression are the important factors for the occurrence and development of CIN.
