摘要
为分析活激酶1(PAK1)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其对预后的影响,选取我院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的结直肠癌患者100例纳入观察组,另选取同期体检健康者100名纳入对照组。结直肠镜下获取对照组患者0.5~0.6cm结直肠组织,获取观察组患者0.5~0.6cm结直肠癌组织,进行PAK1阳性表达检测,随访12个月,判断PAK1蛋白阳性表达患者的累积生存率与阴性表达患者预后相关性。结果显示,观察组患者PAK1蛋白阳性率高于对照组(P <0.05),阴性率低于对照组(P <0.05)。黏液腺癌PAK1蛋白阳性率低于腺癌(P <0.05),阴性率高于腺癌(P <0.05)。低分化、中分化、高分化PAK1蛋白阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),阴性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阳性率由高到低依次是低分化、中分化、高分化,阴性率由高到低依次是高分化、中分化、低分化。A^B期PAK1蛋白阳性率低于C^D期(P <0.05),阴性率高于C^D期(P <0.05)。PAK1蛋白阳性表达患者的累积生存率与阴性表达患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,PAK1在结直肠癌组织中高表达,其阳性表达与结直肠癌分期、分化有关,与生存率无关。
This study was to investigate the expression of PAK1 in colorectal cancer tissue,and its influence on patients’ prognosis,enrolled 100 colorectal cancer patients treated in author’s hospital from Jan.2017 to Dec.2018 yr.into observation group,at the same time 100 physical examinees into control group;and,sampled observation groups’ colorectal cancer tissue of 0.5-0.6 cm length,and control group’s colorectal tissue of 0.5-0.6 cm length,respectively,for detecting PAK1 positive rate of expression in both tissue,then took a follow-up of 12 months so as to estimate the accumulated survival rate of positive expression of patients,to analyse the relativity of the rate and negative expression patients’ prognosis.As results,in observation groups’ patients the positive rate of PAK1 was higher,naturely,the negative rate just lower than in control group’s patients(P <0.05);its positive rate in mucinous adenocarcinoma was lower,so too,its negative rate just higher than in adenocarcinoma(P <0.05);between low,mid.,and high differential carcinoma there all was statistical difference in PAK1 positive rate(P <0.05),but in the negative rate there was no statistical difference(P >0.05);in order of low,mid-and high differentiation becoming from low to high positive rate,but becoming conversely from high to low negative rate;the PAK1 positive rate over stage of A-B was lower than that over stage of C-D(P <0.05),but its negative rate,conversely(P <0.05);as for accumlated survival rate there was no statistical difference between the patients being positive expression and who being negative one(P >0.05).Results show that in colorectal cancer tissue PAK1 show high expression which is related to cancer’s staging,and differentiation,but not to survival rate.
