摘要
目的:探讨保妇康栓与微波联合治疗慢性宫颈炎并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法:选择2017年1月~2018年12月某院收治的104例慢性宫颈炎并HPV感染患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组各52例。对照组行微波局部治疗,研究组在此基础上应用保妇康栓治疗,评价两组患者的临床疗效、创面愈合时间、阴道出血时间以及药物不良反应。结果:两组总有效率对比中,研究组96.15%高于对照组80.77%(P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间、阴道出血时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组用药不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保妇康栓与微波联合治疗慢性宫颈炎并HPV感染疗效满意,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with microwave in the treatment chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection. Methods:A total of 104 patients with chronic cervicitis and HPV infection admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and study group with 52 cases each by random number table method. The control group received local microwave therapy, and the study group was treated with Baofukang suppository on this basis. The clinical efficacy, wound healing time, vaginal bleeding time and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were evaluated. Results: In the comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups, 96.15% of the study group was higher than 80.77% of the control group(P<0.05). The wound healing time and vaginal bleeding time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Baofukang suppository combined with microwave has satisfactory curative effect on chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
