摘要
社区教育教师的专业化对于社区教育高质量发展具有重要意义。社区教育教师职业具备专业性职业应具有的基本特征,且具有的区别于普通学校教师的职业角色和知识技能决定了其是一个专业性职业,应从普通学校教师职业中分离出来进行专业化。我国社区教育教师专业化程度还远远不够,主要表现为没有真正建立起社区教育教师的专业资格标准、准入制度及专门的教育培训体系,社区教育教师的专业地位也未得到确认。为促进我国社区教育教师专业化,必须充分认识和确立社区教育教师职业的专业价值及专业地位;制定有关社区教育教师的专业标准,建立准入制度;建立完善的、高质量的社区教育教师职前和职后培养体系;建立社区教育教师专业组织体系。
The professionalization of community education teachers is of great significance to the high quality development of community education.Community education teacher occupation has the basic characteristics that professional occupation should have,and it has the professional role and knowledge skills that are different from the ordinary school teachers,which determines that it is a professional occupation and should be separated from the ordinary school teacher occupation for specialization.The professional level of community education teachers in China is far from enough,which is mainly manifested in the lack of professional qualification standards,access system and specialized education and training system for community education teachers,also the professional status of community education teachers has not been confirmed.In order to promote the professionalization of community education teachers in our country,we must fully recognize the professional value of community education teacher occupation and establish the professional status of community education teacher occupation.It is necessary to formulate professional standards for teachers of community education and establish an admission system.Establishing a perfect and high quality community education teachers’pre-service and post-service training system and a professional organization system for community education teachers is of great importance.
