美国高校师资管理模式有效促进了美国高等教育在培养人才、吸引人才、创新科技等方面的成功。美国高校主要通过选择机制、筛汰机制、稳定骨干机制和引力机制,来确保聘得高水平的优秀教师,并使教师队伍不断优化,保持生机与活力;通过激励机制来调动教师的积极性和主动性,激发教师的创造力。
The faculty management mode of American higher educational institutions has promoted the success in training talents, attracting talents, innovating science and technology effectively. By the proper mechanisms of selection, elimination, stabilization and attraction, the high-level professional personals are guaranteed in American higher educational institutions, so that their teaching staff are constantly keep vitality.
