摘要
中部槽作为刮板输送机的关键部件,其良好平稳运行是保证高产高效煤炭开采的重要因素。中部槽在工作过程中会承受严重的磨损而失效,导致采煤效率降低,甚至还会导致设备损坏,事故频发,引发安全问题,其质量和寿命直接影响着综采设备的寿命和开采量。通过对中部槽磨损失效机理进行研究,分析了影响中部槽磨损的因素,并提出了中部槽的有效抗磨措施。
As the key component of scraper conveyor,the middle trough is an important factor to ensure the high yield and high efficiency of coal mining.In the working process,the middle trough will bear serious wear and failure,which will lead to the reduction of mining efficiency,and even lead to equipment damage,frequent accidents and safety problems.Its quality and life directly affect the life and mining amount of fully-mechanized mining equipment.Through the research on the wear failure mechanism of the middle groove,the factors affecting the wear of the middle groove were analyzed,and the effective anti-wear measures of the middle groove were put forward.
