摘要
针对刮板输送机中部槽在采煤过程中,易发生疲劳破坏,运用ANSYS/Workbench软件对刮板输送机中部槽进行了静力学分析,并在此基础上进行了疲劳寿命分析。分析了中部槽的主要磨损失效形式,提出了两种解决方法:增加中板厚度法、中部槽耐磨堆焊+耐磨焊条法,并对两种方法进行了比较,得出耐磨焊条堆焊法这种再制造方法最为经济、合理。
The middle slot of the scraper conveyor is prone to fatigue failure while working. ANSYS/Workbench software was used in the paper to analyze the static mechanics,together with the service life based on fatigue being studied. The main wear failure modes of the middle slot are analyzed and two alternative solutions are proposed: increasing the thickness of the mid-slab; the reinforcement of welding plus wear-resistant electrode method. Comparison proved that the latter is the more economical and rational.
