摘要
针对刮板输送机中部槽因磨损破坏严重的问题,从中部槽的结构及工况入手,按照刮板输送机的摩擦机理,经计算机优化设计,采用等离子熔覆技术对中部槽易损部位进行修复,以期达到机体"永不磨损"效果。针对这种修复技术,对刮板输送机中部槽进行ANSYS有限元分析,对修复技术提出了理论支撑。
For scraper conveyor central trough's serious wear damage problem, from the structure and the working conditions of the chute, according to the friction mechanism of the scraper conveyor, using computer technology to optimized design, to dissolve plasma central trough damageable parts, in order to achieve the effect of "never wear". Aiming at the repair technology, carrying out ANSYS finite element analysis for scraper conveyor central trough, provided a theoretical support for repair technology.
