摘要
对链轮尺寸参数进行设计,绘制出链轮的二维图,利用UG NX6.0对链轮进行造型设计,分别设计边链轮模型、中间链轮模型,最后利用UG装配建模的功能,将边链轮和中间链轮装配成链轮体,成功应用在SGZ764/500中双链刮板输送机中。
The size parameters of sprocket is calculated and the two-dimensional chart of sprocket is drawn. The sprocket is modeled by UG NX6.0, including the side sprocket model and the intermediate sprocket model. Finally, the side sprocket model and the intermediate sprocket are assembled into sprocket body which is successfully applied in the SGZ764/500 scraper conveyor.
