摘要
驱动链轮组件是整个矿用刮板输送机的重要部件,而驱动链轮(简称链轮)又是其中的关键件,因此链轮的设计对输送机传动性能的影响至关重要。为了更加准确、高效地对链轮进行设计,利用支持参数化和可视化设计的三维CAD软件Pro/E,结合参数、关系和程序控制,对链轮设计进行专题研究,总结出一套用于实现链轮参数化和可视化设计的流程及模型。
The driven sprocket assembly is an important component of AFC, and the driven sprocket is key part of the assembly. The sprocket design can influence the driving capability. In order to design the sprocket more accurately and efficiently, 3D CAD Pro/E software which can support parametrization and visualization design is adopted. The flow and model for sprocket parametrization and visualization design is summarized, combining parameter, relationship and program control.
