摘要
基于校院二级管理体制建立一套更适合当下高职院校二级学院辅导员的考核机制,是非常有必要的。文章从考核目标、考核主体、考核内容和指标设置、考核方式和周期、考核反馈和考核结果等方面对当前辅导员考核机制的现状进行分析,并有针对性地提出改进建议,期望能帮助建立一套科学的、公平的、具有可操作性的辅导员考核机制。
Based on the secondary management system of colleges and universities,it is very necessary to establish a set of assessment mechanism more suitable for the counselors of secondary colleges in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the current situation of counselor assessment mechanism from the aspects of assessment objectives,assessment subjects,assessment contents and index settings,assessment methods and cycles,assessment feedback and assessment results,and puts forward targeted improvement suggestions,hoping to help establish a set of scientific,fair and operable counselor assessment mechanism.
