摘要
高职辅导员考核是高校学生管理工作的一项常规工作。从解析当前高职辅导员考核在界定考核主体、设计考核指标、选取考核方式与运用考核结果等方面所存在的不足出发,尝试性地提出了以《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准》为准,以宏观、中观、微观为维,以职能部门、院系部、同事与学生为考核主体,实行"年终考核与季度考核"相结合的高职辅导员"四位一体"考核评价制度的建构思路。
Assessment of advisors is a routine part of student management in colleges and universities.This article first examines the deficiencies of the current evaluation system in its definition of the subject,design of the indicators,selection of the method to application of the result.Then,it puts forth a four-in-one evaluation system in accordance with Occupational Competency Standards for College Advisors which combines year-end performance evaluation with quarterly performance evaluation,takes not only the functional departments and faculties but also colleagues and students as the subjects of assessment.
