摘要
"发展性考核评价"教师制度是实现教师个人未来发展和学校未来发展融合的一种"双赢式"评价制度。采用"发展性考核评价"手段完善高职教师考核评价制度的基本思路是创新管理观念,重构评价体系,改进评价考核的手段与方法。"发展性考核评价"的实施有利于促进教师队伍管理的科学化和学校管理的科学化,是保证个体与组织实现"双赢"发展目标的助推器。
Development evaluation, as a win-win evaluation system, is to realize a teacher's personal developmerit, and its integration into the future development of the school. This approach is applied to improve the teacher evaluation in higher vocational colleges by means of innovation management reconstructing evaluation, and improving the evaluation means and methods. Development evaluation may contribute to the implementation of teacher managemnet, and helps to promote the school management. It may also serve as a booster to achieve the "win-win" development target both as institutes and as individuals.
