摘要
高职院校由于其特殊性质,在构建教师评价体系时要突破传统教师评价体系限制,从教师全面发展角度出发,要注重发展性教师评价机制的构建,以便为教师发展提供依据。主要围绕发展性教师评价体系特点及作用、原有高职教师评价体系存在的问题、多元发展性教师评价体系的建立、高职院校发展性教师评价体系构建措施等方面展开讨论,具体分析了高职教师评价体系构建的措施,以期保证评价结果的合理性。
Due to its particularity of higher vocational education institutes,the construction of development appraising system for teachers should attract more attentions in order to provide reference for the development of teachers.In construction of appraising system for teachers,the limitation of conventional teachers appraising system should be broken in consideration of overall development of teachers.It made discussion about the characters and functions of development appraisal system for teachers,the existed problems of old teachers appraising system,construction appraisal system of multiple development teachers,measures to be taken in construction of development appraisal system for teachers in higher vocational education institutes.It also made detailed analysis on the measures taken in construction of teachers appraising system in higher vocational institutes on the purpose of assuringthe reasonableness of the appraisal result.
