锚栓对被动房外墙主体部位传热系数影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用AIRPAK计算流体力学软件,对以200 mm厚钢筋混凝土和200 mm厚加气混凝土砌块为基层墙体的两类围护结构,在保温材料为250 mm厚石墨聚苯板,锚栓数量分别为6个/m^(2)、9个/m^(2)的情况下,进行稳态传热数值模拟。分析得到墙体温度分布与基层墙体材料有关,而与锚栓数量无关;锚栓周围的温度分布与墙体材料温度分布成正相关;锚栓造成的点热桥使得墙体传热量增加,热桥节点对墙体传热量增加的影响随锚栓数量的增加而加大,在锚栓数量分别为6个/m^(2)和9个/m^(2)的情况下,以钢筋混凝土和加气混凝土砌块为基层墙体时,锚栓对保温墙体主体部位传热系数影响的修正系数分别为1.049、1.073和1.038、1.057。锚栓对墙体传热量影响的修正系数随着基层墙体材料导热系数增大而增大。 Using AIRPAK computational fluid dynamics software for steady-state heat transfer numerical simulation in the case of two types of enclosure structures with 200 mm thick reinforced concrete and 200 mm thick aerated concrete blocks as the base wall,the insulation material is 250 mm thick graphite polystyrene board,and the number of anchor bolts is 6 pcs/m^(2) and 9 pcs/m^(2),respectively.The analysis shows that the wall temperature distribution is related to the base wall material,but has nothing to do with the number of anchor bolts.The temperature distribution around the anchor bolt is positively related to the temperature distribution of the wall material.The point thermal bridge caused by the anchor bolt increases the heat transfer of the wall,and the influence of the thermal bridge node on the increase of the heat transfer of the wall increases with the increase of the number of anchor bolts.When the number of anchor bolts is 6 pcs/m^(2) and 9 pcs/m^(2),as well as the reinforced concrete and the aerated concrete blocks are used as the base wall,the correction coefficients for the influence of anchor bolts on the heat transfer coefficient of the main part of the insulation wall are respectively.They are 1.049,1.073 and 1.038,1.057.The correction coefficient of the influence of anchor bolts on the heat transfer of the wall increases with the increasing of the thermal conductivity of the base wall material.
