被动式超低能耗住宅节能设计与经济性研究 被引量:10

Energy-Saving Design and Economical Analysis of Passive Ultra-Low Energy Residences in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zones

摘要 采用能耗模拟方法研究了夏热冬冷地区被动式超低能耗住宅的节能设计及经济性。以武汉市为例,借助能耗模拟软件DeST-h分析了被动房标准在我国夏热冬冷地区的实用性,提出被动式超低能耗住宅围护结构指标体系和比较具有经济性的设计方案。研究表明:空调间歇运行模式下,不采用外遮阳时,被动式超低能耗住宅的外墙传热系数宜取0.2~0.4 W/(m^2·K),外窗传热系数不宜超过2.3 W/(m^2·K),综合遮阳系数不宜超过0.4;采用可调节外遮阳时相应外窗传热系数还可适当提高。被动式超低能耗住宅相对于湖北低能耗住宅的增量成本并不高,合理地设计可将增量成本控制在30~50元/m^2之间。 The passive ultra-low energy consumption residencein hot summer and cold winter area is researched on energy-saving design and economical efficiency through energy consumption simulation.Selecting Wuhan city as an example,software DeST-h is utilized for analyzing whether the passive house standardis practicalin hot summer and cold winter region in China.The indicator system of residential envelope of passive ultra-low energy consumption is proposed,as well as the cost-saving design scheme.When external shading is not used,the external wall heat transfer coefficient of passive ultra-low-energy residential buildings is 0.2~0.4 W/(m^2·K),the external window heat transfer coefficient is not more than 2.3 W/(m^2·K),and the comprehensive shading coefficient is not more than 0.4 in the intermittent operation mode of air conditioning in the intermittent operation mode of the air conditioner.The heat transfer coefficient of the window can be increased appropriately when the adjustable shading is used.The incremental cost of passive ultra-low-energy residential buildings is not high,compared with that of low-energy residential buildings in Hubei province.Reasonable design can control the incremental cost between 30 yuan/m^2 and 50 yuan/m^2,and the static recovery period of incremental cost can be controlled within 11 years.
