摘要
玻化微珠是现今广泛应用的无机材料之一,越来越多地用在保温砂浆中作为轻骨料.泡沫混凝土、岩棉和玻化微珠砂浆并称三大无机保温体系.砂浆的绝大部分体积被玻化微珠所占据,所以玻化微珠的用量,对砂浆的各项物理性能起到关键作用.以砂浆的干密度、抗压强度、导热系数和压剪粘结强度四项物理指标的变化为参考,借鉴实际生产使用经验设计实验,寻找轻骨料与胶粉料的最佳体积质量比.并在固定此比例条件下,分析了粉煤灰及熟石灰在不同加入量的情况下玻化微珠保温砂浆物理性能的变化.
Vitrified beads are one of the widely used inorganic materials,and are mainly used as lightweight aggregates in vitrified beads insulation mortar.The vitrified beads insulation mortar is one of the three major inorganic thermal insulation systems parallel with stone wool and foam concrete.It is composed of powder material and vitrified beads,which are mixed with a certain mass-volume ratio.Most of the volume of mortar is occupied by vitrified beads,so the amount of vitrified beads plays a key role in the physical properties of the mortar.Based on the changes of dry density,compressive strength,thermal conductivity and adhesive strength of mortar,the optimum mass-volume ratio of vitrified beads and powder material was found.And in the case of this ratio,the effect of different dosages of fly ash and hydrated lime on the properties of vitrified beads insulation mortar was studied.
