摘要
装配式框架剪力墙结构墙体由于灌浆套筒的存在及保温方式的差异,容易出现热桥现象。利用热箱法对装配式剪力墙含灌浆套筒部位进行实测,确定了剪力墙套筒区域热流密度及温度分布;同时建立了传热计算模型对温度场进行模拟;并与实验值进行比较验证。针对装配式框架剪力墙结构墙体的不同保温方式,对其热工特性进行模拟分析。结果表明,内保温及夹芯保温由于保温层的断裂在框架柱处会出现显著的热桥效应;同时内表面会有结露的风险。通过对框架柱进行外表面局部保温设计,可有效提高热桥部位温度,减小热桥的影响。研究结果可为装配式框架剪力墙结构墙体在夏热冬冷地区的建筑节能设计提供理论依据和技术支持。
Because of the existence of grouting sleeve and the difference of heat preservation way,the phenomenon of heat bridge is easy to appear in the assembled frame shear wall structure.The heat flow density and temperature distribution in the sleeve area of the assembled shear wall were determined by using the hot box method,and a heat transfer calculation model was established to simulate the temperature field,which was verified by comparison with the experimental values.According to the different thermal insulation methods of the assembled frame shear wall structure,the thermal characteristics of the wall were simulated and analyzed.Results show that the thermal insulation design on the external surface of the frame column can effectively improve the temperature and reduce the influence of the thermal bridge.The results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for building energy conservation design of prefabricated frame shear wall structure wall in hot summer and cold winter areas.
