轻型木结构墙体传热数值计算与试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 应用国产杉木规格材、落叶松结构胶合板、石膏板和保温材料制备了12种轻型木结构墙体,采用传热数值计算和试验测试方法,得到了该墙体中各层材料的温度,并对计算值进行了可靠性验证,分析了墙体温度分布规律及各组成材料对墙体传热的影响.结果表明:轻型木结构墙体材料单元稳态传热数值计算的温度值与试验检测值具有高度一致性,可以采用传热数值计算真实模拟这种墙体的温度分布;轻型木结构墙体具有木墙骨之间填充和外墙板外覆面的双重保温构造,材料单元的温差直观了反映保温材料和厚度增大的木墙骨材料可降低其框架位置的热损失,而且外保温材料的阻热效果非常明显. Twelve types of light-frame wood walls were selected as objects of study.Temperature value of each material of composite structure was obtained using heat transfer calculation method.The reliability of the calculated value was verified by the test of steady-state heat transfer properties.The temperature distribution and each material influence on the wall were analyzed with a view to investigating the calculation method of heat transfer and grasping its thermal response under steady-state conditions.The guide could be established for the energy-efficient wall design.The results show that temperature of each material element of wood frame wall by steady-state heat transfer calculation has a high degree of consistency compared to the test temperature value,so numerical heat transfer calculation can be used to simulate the temperature distribution in the light-frame wood composite wall.As the insulation construction and the increase of wood studs thickness,the temperature difference in the various material units show that the wood frame temperature decreased slowly,especially the effective resistance is more obvious for heat transfer in exterior insulation structure.
