摘要
本文在阐述轻型木结构住宅的结构的基础上,分析了轻型木结构住宅的特点,重点针对轻型木结构住宅的性价比、节能性、防火防潮性、抗震性以及环保性进行了研究,提出了我国轻型木结构住宅的发展趋势。
The paper looks at the structure of light wood frame housing.on the base,It makes detailed analysis the character of light wood frame housing.It analysis emphases on the ratio of properties and price,energy efficient,fireproof,dampproof,strong anti-knock performance and environment of light wood frame housing.It predicts development trend of light wood frame housing in China.
