摘要
发展专业学位研究生教育是经济社会进入高质量发展阶段的必然选择,也是目前解决高层次应用型人才紧缺问题的主要途径。研究生职业能力能否满足行业需求是衡量专业学位研究生教育成败的关键。以“发现问题—解决问题—逐步完善专业学位研究生职业能力”培养模式为思路,分析了当前地矿领域专业学位研究生培养中存在的主要问题,并针对问题探索了以提升专业学位研究生职业能力为目标的地矿领域高层次专业人才的培养路径。
The development of professional degree graduate education is an inevitable choice for the economy and society to enter the stage of high-quality development,and it is also the main way to solve the shortage of high-level applied talents in our country.Whether the professional ability of graduate students can meet the needs of the industry is the key to measuring the success or failure of professional degree graduate education.Based on the training mode of problem-solution-gradual improvement of the professional degree graduates’professional ability,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current professional degree graduate training in the field of geology and mining in our country,and explores the training path of high-level professional talents in the field of geology and mining with the goal of improving the professional ability of professional degree graduates.
