摘要
针对化工专业研究生创新能力不足,实践经验缺乏等问题,结合产学研合作模式,探索出一套适合化工专业研究生培养的实践方案。针对研究生,研一进入企业参加实训,研二开题在企业做探索性实验,研三结合实验结果,提炼科学问题,解决企业难题。增强了学生创新能力,加强了企业和学校的联系,为培养创新能力突出的化工专业人才提供了有益参考。
Chemical engineering graduate students don’t have enough innovation ability and lack practical experience.Based on the actual situation,this paper combines the mode of cooperation between industry,university and research institute to explore a set of practical programs suitable for postgraduate training.For graduate students in chemical engineering,the first-year students entered the enterprise to participate in the training,and the second-year students in the enterprise to do exploratory experiments,the third-year students combined experimental results,refine scientific problems and solve enterprise problems.It has enhanced students’ability to innovate,strengthened the connection between enterprises and schools,and provided useful reference for cultivating chemical professionals with outstanding innovation capabilities.
