摘要
从2009年起,根据教育部文件精神,物流工程领域开始招收以应届本科毕业生为主的全日制工程硕士。与以往的专业硕士研究生相比,全日制研究生存在一定的特殊性。因此,必须针对应届毕业生为主的全日制硕士研究生的特征,深入研究和准确把握其教育规律,创新培养理念,改革培养方式,确保培养质量。文中探讨了全日制物流工程硕士培养模式及培养机制,并就提高全日制物流工程硕士培养质量提出了建议。
Since 2009,according to the spirit of the Ministry of Education document,MLE（Master of logistics engineering）began to recruit fresh graduates to be full-time MLE.Compared to the previous postgraduates,there is a certain particularity in full-time graduate students.Therefore,we must research deeply and grasp accurately the law of education,innovate training philosophy,reform training methods to ensure the training quality based on the characteristics of the full-time graduate students,.This paper discusses the training mode and training mechanism for the full-time Master of Logistics Engineering,and gives some recommendations to improve he quality of full-time MLE training.
