结构化思维导图联合问诊质量标准化评分在诊断学问诊学习中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 问诊是医学生最重要的基本功,为探索以分层次、精准化提高不同学习阶段医学生的岗位胜任力为目标,适合临床前医学生诊断学问诊培训和考核的新方法,本研究团队创建了一套结构化思维导图联合问诊质量标准化评分的问诊教考新方法并进行了初步研究。研究结果表明,新方法对于克服学生问诊时所面临的主要困难、增强信心及夯实知识基础起到了积极的促进作用。 Medical history inquiry is one of the most important basic skill of medical students.In order to improve the preclinical students’ medical history inquiry training and assessment at different learning stages,for the first time,we have established a new method of inquiry training and examination based on structured mind map combined with standardized scoring of inquiry quality.The preliminary research results show that the new method has played a positive role in overcoming the main difficulties faced by students enhancing their confidence and consolidating their knowledge base.
