摘要
【目的】初步探讨万寿菊茎叶醇提物的镇痛抗炎活性。【方法】小鼠分组给药后,采用醋酸扭体实验和电热板实验综合评价万寿菊醇提物的镇痛作用;使用LPS构建小鼠炎症模型,通过脏器指数测定、病理组织学观察、血常规和血清炎性因子的检测来分析万寿菊醇提物的抗炎作用。【结果】万寿菊茎叶醇提物能够显著降低小鼠由注射冰醋酸引起的扭体次数,高剂量下的万寿菊茎叶醇提物末次给药60 min后能显著提高电热板上小鼠的痛阈值;万寿菊茎叶醇提物能够有效降低LPS致炎小鼠肝和肺的脏器指数,维持血液的稳定,显著下调血清中IL-1、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、PGE2、iNOS和NO的含量和提高抗炎因子IL-10水平。【结论】万寿菊茎叶醇提物具有较好的镇痛抗炎活性。
【Objective】This experiment was designed to study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of alcohol extracts from the stems and leaves of Tagetes erecta L..【Method】The analgesic effect of alcohol extract of Tagetes erecta L.was evaluated by acetic acid writhing test and electric hot plate test.LPS was used to establish the inflammatory model in mice.The anti-inflammatory effect of Tagetes erecta L.alcohol extract was analyzed by measuring the organ index,observing the histology,detecting the inflammatory factors in blood routine and serum.【Result】The alcohol extract of Tagetes erecta L.stem and leaves could significantly reduce the number of body writhing induced by glacial acetic acid injection in mice,and the pain threshold of mice on the electric heating plate could be significantly increased 60min after the last dose of the alcohol extract of Tagetes erecta L.stem and leaves.The alcohol extract from stem and leaves of Tagetes erecta L.could effectively reduce the organ indexes of liver and lung in LPS-induced inflammatory mice,maintain the blood stability,significantly down-regulate the contents of IL-1,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,PGE2,iNOS and NO in serum,and increase the level of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10.【Conclusion】The alcohol extract from the stem and leaves of Tagetes erecta L.has good analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity.
