摘要
黄酮类化合物是一类多酚化合物,是植物在长期自然选择过程中产生的次级代谢产物,广泛存在于植物的各个部位。由于黄酮类化合物特殊的化学结构,使其具有多种生理活性,如抗氧化、调脂等作用,研发该类药物对防治疾病、维护健康有积极意义。本文从黄酮类化合物的化学结构、药动学特点、药理作用及机制等方面对其研究进展进行综述,为黄酮类化合物的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Flavonoids,which are polyphenol compounds,are secondary metabolites of plants,generated in the long process of evolution,and are widely distributed in all parts of plants.Due to the special chemical structures of the compounds,they have various biological effects,e.g.effective in anti-oxidation,regulating lipid level,etc.Therefore,they are of positive significance to the promotion of human health.This paper made a comprehensive review on the chemical structure,pharmacokinetic features and pharmacological effects and possible mechanism involved,so as to provide theoretical evidences for further research and development of flavonoids.
