摘要
以苯并三氮唑紫外线吸收剂工厂产生的含铝碱性废水为原料,通过絮凝沉淀除部分有机杂质,再用次氯酸钠氧化进一步除去有机物,母液用酸中和至pH=8~8.5,得到氢氧化铝污泥,用马弗炉焚烧得到氧化铝,水洗除钠盐,用盐酸调整pH=4,制得液体氯化铝,蒸发干燥,得到固体聚合氯化铝,实现清洁生产和资源的综合回收利用。
Using aluminum-containing alkaline wastewater produced by benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent factory as raw material,some organic impurities were removed by flocculation and precipitation,and then organic matter was further removed by sodium hypochlorite oxidation.Aluminum hydroxide sludge was obtained by acid neutralization to pH=8.5-9 in mother liquor,alumina was obtained by burning with horse boiling furnace,sodium salt was washed by water,pH=4 was adjusted with hydrochloric acid,liquid aluminum chloride was prepared,then evaporated and dried,and solid polyal aluminum chloride was obtained,Achieving cleaner production and integrated resource recovery.
