格尼公式对含铝炸药驱动破片速度的估算分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对格尼公式及其修正公式是否可用于对装填不同类型炸药战斗部破片速度进行估算的问题,设计了一种装填C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)炸药和C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)Al_(e)炸药的试验弹。通过静止爆炸试验,获得了装填不同类型炸药的战斗部破片速度,并与格尼公式及其修正公式的计算值进行对比。研究表明,装药为C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)炸药,单纯的格尼公式计算结果比试验值高约27%,在引入冲量方程后的修正公式计算准确度较高。装药为C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)Al_(e)炸药,格尼公式及其修正公式计算值与试验值相差较大,且在铝粉含量为13%~19%时破片速度基本无变化,若在格尼公式及其修正公式中引入表示C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)Al_(e)炸药中铝粉参与反应对破片速度的贡献程度的变量λ后,可用于估算装填C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)Al_(e)炸药的战斗部破片速度。 In view of whether the Gurney formula and its modified formula can be used to estimate the fragment velocity of warhead in filling different types of explosives,we designed a warhead which filled with C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)and C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)Al_(e)explosive.By static explosion testing,we obtained the fragments velocity and compared with the calculation results by Gurney and its modified formula.The study shown that,to C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)explosive,the results calculated by Gurney formula were higher 27%compare with the test and the modified formula as introduce the impulse formula has a precision result.But to C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)Al_(e)explosive,the diversity between calculate and test were obvious,especially,the velocity showing no difference as the contents of Al at the range of 13%~19%,which cannot be used to estimate the fragment velocity.But,if Introduce theλwhich indicate the contribution of the aluminum in the C_(a)H_(b)N_(c)O_(d)Al_(e)explosive to the fragment velocity,the Gurney formula and its modified formula can be used to estimate the fragment velocity.
