摘要
为了分析不同铝粉含量对带壳炸药装药破片速度的影响,利用含铝炸药榴弹装药的空爆试验,测试了不同铝粉含量装药的破片速度,并对试验结果进行了比较分析。结果表明:在距离装药2.5m和3.5m处,含铝20%炸药装药的破片速度高于其它含铝炸药;当铝含量为20%~25%时,炸药具有较高的爆速和爆热。对于含铝炸药,当铝粉含量为20%时,由于具有较高的爆速和爆热,炸药能够在较长距离内具有较高的破片速度,更好地完成破片加速作用。
In order to research the effect of A1 content on fragment velocity of explosive charge, fragment velocity is tested and compared by airburst experiment when AI content ranges from 10% to 30% .The result shows that the explosive containing 20% A1 has higher fragment velocity than other aluminized explosives in 2.5m and 3.5m distance. Explosives containing 20%-25% AI have higher detonation velocity and detonation heat.When AI content is 20%,explosive has higher fragment velocity during long distance because of higher detonation velocity and detonation heat.
