摘要 硼因高的体积热值成为首选高能组分添加剂。为了对硼粉的燃烧热进行更准确的测量,使用氧弹式量热仪,采用SQ-2作为助燃剂,通过实验研究了助燃剂质量、形状以及氧弹内氧气压力对硼粉燃烧热测试结果的影响。结合硼的两阶段燃烧模型,指出燃气温度是影响硼粉燃烧效率的关键参数。建立了氧弹内燃气极限温度的理论计算模型,给出计算温度与硼粉燃烧效率之间的关系。结果表明升高极限温度是改善硼粉燃烧热的测量的有效手段。 Boron is the preferred additive to high-energy propellant for its high volume heat value. The combustion heat of Boron was measured in an Oxygen-bomb calorimeter. SQ - 2 was served as combustion-supporting additive. The influence of three factors such as the mass and shape of SQ- 2 and the pressure in the bomb was studied experimentally. The temperature of combustion product was indicated to be the key influencing parameter on the combustion efficiency of Boron according to its two-stage combustion model. Finally, the theoretical computational model was established to calculate the utmost temperature of the combustion gas in the bomb. The relationship between the calculated temperature and the combustion efficiency was then attained. And raising the utmost temperature is indicated to be an effectual way to improve the measurement of the combustion heat of boron in this investigation.
