摘要
生物安全实验室是开展生物研究工作和传染病预防与检测的实验场所,其在医疗科研和传染病监测和防控工作方面发挥了重要作用。我们就国内外生物安全实验室的发展历程、立法进展和组织与监管机构的设立3个方面,对世界主要国家和国际组织的生物安全实验室的历程进行综述。
Biosafety laboratory,which plays an important role in medical research and infectious disease monitoring and prevention,is the experimental place for biological research and infectious disease prevention and detection. In this paper,the history of biosafety laboratories in major countries and international organizations in the world is summarized from three aspects:the development process of biosafety laboratories,the legislative progress and the establishment of organizations and regulatory agencies in China and abroad.
