摘要
高等级生物安全实验室是国家生物安全的战略科技力量,完善高等级生物安全实验室管理政策,强化实验室生物安全监管,对于国家生物安全具有重要意义。通过梳理比较美国、俄罗斯、英国等国家在实验室生物安全监管机构、管理模式、标准规范、人员培训等方面的政策制度,为我国高等级生物安全实验室管理提出建议。
High-containment laboratories are strategic scientific and technological forces of national biosafety.It is of great significance for national biosafety to improve the management policy system and supervision of high-containment laboratories.In this paper,the policies and systems on regulatory authorities,management models,standards and staff training of biosafety laboratories in the United States,Russia,the United Kingdom and other countries are summarized and compared.Finally,some recommendations for the management of high-containment laboratories in China are presented.
